Haircut Hiatus

So last friday (about a week now) Casey and I waited 2 hours to get our haircuts.  This was because our normal barber is ill in the hospital and is rumored to have only a few months to live.  Roberto Lacey was not only a great barber much I developed a nice friendship with him over the last 5 years he’s cut my hair.  Everytime he’s changed shops, when he had to cut out of his house, no matter what, I went to Berto.  He will be missed (hopefully the rumors are not true and he’ll get better).  So a few days after getting cut, Casey says to me, “We should grow our hair out, for the winter.”  Well I agreed, and the only thing that gets done are little edge-ups (I only want my neck to be clean).  We will see how long we can withstand the longness of our hair.  I hope to make it to around February, but who knows.  My little beard thing will not be trimmed either, but I will shave my neck as to not look too much like a hippie.  I will keep you posted of the thickness and feeling about my hair as time passes by.  The game is on!

  1. Dude when it gets long bust out with the mullett for a little while…Just rock it for liek a couple days…You would be a god…

  2. If I do do a mullet for a bit, you will be the first person I call and let know, but I don’t think I can pull it off.

  3. Well I am going strong, but for some reason Casey “had” to get a haircut from this new barber. He said he wasn’t going to get it cut anymore, but had to try it out. Loser.
