Ok, I know everyone says they’re out of shape, but I’ve been in shape for as long as I could remember. I think I’ve taken about 8 months off, playing basketball here and there and what a difference, I am out of shape. I have no stamina in basketball, besides my shot being off, and I’m out of breathe. That’s right, me out of breathe on a basketball court, hard to believe.
So I’ve made a decision to start playing basketball again and soon going to work out too. Maybe I’ll go with Casey since he knows what he’s doing, but who knows. Just want to those of you that are trying to go to the gym, don’t take baby steps. Just go. Don’t try to ease into it, because it doesn’t make it easier. So my feet are messed up from bad basketball shoes. Don’t know if that’s going to make that much of a difference, but I’m going to see how they feel when I buy new shoes. If you want to donate to Nick’s shoe fund, visit regularly and click some ads that interest you. ![]()
I also noticed all of the exercise gimmicks late at night. My feeling on those are they are not worth the money. If you have the dedication to do some exercise regularly, you’re going to lose weight and get into better shape no matter what gym aparatus you’re using. If I find any tips or anything, I’ll be sure to let you all know. Good luck to anyone else that’s going to take the initative to get back into shape, and good job to those that are already in shape.
